Delete your KYLO account

If you would like to delete your KYLO account and all associated data, you can do this directly in the KYLO app.

Steps

  1. Open the KYLO app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Select “Delete Account”
  4. Confirm your request

What happens when you delete your account

  • Your KYLO account will be permanently deleted
  • Your reminders, documents, files, notes and associated app data will be removed
  • This action cannot be undone

Data retention

Some limited data may be retained temporarily where required for legal, security or operational reasons, after which it will be permanently deleted.
